Description
Our goal is to promote enjoyment and enthusiasm for fitness through the game of basketball. We will improve individual fundamental skills using drills that incorporate FUN and SKILL DEVELOPMENT.
Qualified instructors:
Gold Medal is committed to providing qualified instructors leading each session. Qualified instructors will lead all sessions.
We will also include adults and high school students with a solid background in basketball and an enthusiasm in working with children. This program will include skill development and adapted games.
(Deduct $20 if you have a reversible jersey from the previous 2011 fall house league.)

Wonderland Road, go east on Viscount Avenue, north (left) on Steeplechase Avenue.

Richmond Road, go east on Windermere, turn left (north) at Doon Dr, left (north) at Sunnyside Dr.
Proper attire:
T-shirt, shorts, and indoor running shoes.
